Solution Focused Therapy
In healthy relationships partners contribute to each other feeling connected and fulfilled. Sometimes, however through the natural course of a relationship or through damage from infidelity, healthy dynamics are derailed and couples have trouble reconnecting. Even though each of you may want the relationship to work, harmful cycles are repeated and you struggle to repair.

Through couples' work you can transition from conflict to connection - you and your partner will collaborate with your therapist in obtaining guidance and tools for getting out of those harmful dynamics.

You will learn tools that include healthy communication, conflict resolution and improvement of connection and intimacy. It might seem daunting but through repair work in therapy you can learn how to reconnect with each other and nurture your relationship again.

Family Sessions
In our group therapy practice, we prioritize the integral role that family dynamics play in shaping individuals' mental health. We believe that healing extends beyond the individual, and as such, we work with the various systems of the family dynamic in order to foster healing. Through collaboration and a supportive environment, we aim to address collective challenges, improve communication, and strengthen familial bonds. By embracing a first-person approach, we emphasize the importance of understanding and navigating the intricate interplay between individual and family well-being within our therapeutic framework.
